If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please give us a call at 850-973-8269.
The following rules/fees apply:

- Non-Holiday Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the reservation. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied, and any remaining balance will be refunded. If cancelling less than 3 days prior to reservation or guest is a no show, the first night deposit is forfeited, and no refund will be given.
- All Holiday Reservations must be cancelled at least 8 days prior to the reservation. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied, and any remaining balance will be refunded. If cancelling less than 8 days prior to reservation or guest is a no show, the first night deposit is forfeited, and no refund will be given.
- Guests may change reservation dates at any time prior to arrival for a $25 fee. All change fee charges are due the day change is made.
- There are no refunds for early departures or due to unfavorable weather conditions.
