Usage & Redemption
- Gift certificates may be applied toward:
- Day Passes
- Season Passes
- Campsite nightly rates
Cabin nightly rates
- The original certificate with ink signature must be presented at the time of payment. No copies, scans, or photos will be accepted.
- Guests are responsible for any remaining balance, including all taxes and fees, if the total purchase exceeds the certificate value.
- The full certificate amount must be redeemed in a single transaction. No partial redemptions or carryover balances.
- No refunds or credits will be given for any unused amount
Limitations
- Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
- Not redeemable for:
- Cash refunds or credits
- Retail store purchases
- Because gift certificates must be redeemed in person, reservations made online or by phone must be paid in accordance with the campground’s payment policy. However, a refund equal to the gift certificate amount will be issued upon in-person presentation of the original signed certificate.
